Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes.....YUM!

Okay, so here's my second 'cupcake experiment'. Tonight, I made raspberry lemonade cupcakes! It's a moist lemon cake filled with raspberry preserves, then topped with lemonade butter cream and fresh raspberries. They turned out pretty well. I've never made butter cream before, but it turned out to be pretty simple. I definitely need to sift the powdered sugar next time, but for a first-timer, I think it was yummy.
